- PhD (1996)
Her research explores EV biophysical properties, RNA patterns in EV subpopulations, and the interference of lipoproteins in EV detection. She pioneered methods like differential detergent lysis and protein-to-lipid ratios for EV standardization. Current projects involve cardiovascular aspects of EVs and establishing a Central EV Research Laboratory at Semmelweis University.
She has over 50 peer-reviewed publications and leads initiatives like the MTA-SE Immune Proteogenomics EV Research Group. Her work influences international EV guidelines and training networks such as EU TRAIN-EV.
