Dr. Dejan Bursać is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory of the University of Belgrade. He also serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Legal and Business Studies "Lazar Vrkatić" in Novi Sad. His expertise includes electoral systems, party systems, and public policy analysis in post-socialist contexts.
