Burkhart Schraven

Prof. Dr. Burkhart Schraven serves as Professor of Immunology and Managing Director of the Institute of Molecular and Clinical Immunology at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg's Medical School since 2001, concurrently leading interdisciplinary projects with the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research until 2018.

His academic foundation includes:

He previously served on DFG's Cell Biology review board (2003-2012) and the German Society for Immunology's advisory board (2004-2016).
