Dr. Buket Kip Kayabaş is an Associate Professor in the Department of Lifelong Learning and Adult Education at Anadolu University's Faculty of Education. Since 2021, she has concurrently served as Vice Director of the Continuing Education Application and Research Center (ANADOLUSEM). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology (2004), a Master's (2007), and a Ph.D. (2017) in Distance Education—all from Anadolu University.
Her research explores:
- Innovations in open/distance education systems
- Implementation of massive open online courses (MOOCs)
- Development of open educational resources
- Technology integration in lifelong learning contexts
- Educational accessibility frameworks
She has contributed to numerous e-learning projects as a researcher, content developer, and manager. Metrics indicate 73 Web of Science publications and involvement in 20 research projects. She has advised 4 graduate theses.
Administratively, she oversees programs at ANADOLUSEM, focusing on continuing education initiatives and research in adult learning methodologies.
