Bryan Zaldívar

Bryan Zaldívar is a Researcher at the Instituto de Física Corpuscular (IFIC), a joint center of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of Valencia, where he has held a Junior staff position since 2021. His prior appointments include a Talento Junior Fellowship at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (2018-2021), a CNRS Postdoc at Laboratoire d'Annecy-le-Vieux de Physique de Particules in France (2015-2018), and a Postdoc at Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium (2013-2015).

He received his PhD in Physics from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid between 2009 and 2013.

Zaldívar's research integrates advanced computational methodologies across fundamental physics domains. His work in Cosmology and Astroparticle physics focuses on Dark Matter detection and characterization, employing sophisticated Statistical techniques and Machine Learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets from cosmological surveys and particle physics experiments. This interdisciplinary approach enables novel insights into cosmic structure formation and particle signatures beyond the Standard Model.
