Bruno Padovani is an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland University's Labry School of Science, Technology, and Business. He serves as President of ANCONATEK, Inc., a manufacturing productivity consultancy, and holds a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey.

His career spans over three decades in manufacturing and engineering roles across major corporations like Kraft, Wrigley, and Ferrara Candy Company, with a focus on engineering, maintenance, R&D, and manufacturing management. He transitioned to private consulting in 2017.
Padovani retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve as a Commander in 1996 after active service on nuclear-powered and amphibious ships. He is actively involved in STEM education initiatives with the Middle Tennessee Boy Scout Council and leads the HS Oratorical Scholarship Program for his local American Legion chapter.
