Bruce Dockter is a Part-Time Instructional faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of North Dakota, affiliated with the College of Engineering & Mines. He has been with UND since 1984, initially working at the Energy & Environmental Research Center and joining the Civil Engineering department in 2014. With both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from UND, he is a registered Professional Engineer in North Dakota.
His research focuses on:
- Materials Characteristics and Research
- Coal By Products Utilization
Bruce teaches several civil engineering courses including General Surveying (CE 313 & CE 313L), Civil Engineering Lab I (CE 301), Civil Engineering Lab II (CE 302), Introduction to Engineering (Engr 100), Introduction to Civil Engineering and Sustainable Design I (CE 101), and Civil Engineering and Sustainable Design II (CE 202).
