Bruce A. Kaufman

Bruce A. Kaufman, MD is an Adjunct Professor and attending pediatric neurosurgeon at Children’s Wisconsin, affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin. He previously served as Chief and Director of the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery from 2000 to 2016. Dr. Kaufman specializes in pediatric neurosurgery with clinical focus on spasticity, hydrocephalus, spinal dysraphism, pediatric brain tumors, and neurological trauma. He holds dual board certifications in Neurological Surgery and Pediatric Neurosurgery, and has held leadership roles including President of the American Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery and Board Member of the American Board of Pediatric Neurosurgery.
