Brooke Hoffman, Ph.D., is a Lecturer and Coordinator of the ESL Certificate of Graduate Study and Bilingual/Bicultural Education Programs at Rowan University's College of Education. She specializes in Critical Literacy, Technology, and Multilingual Education, focusing on language ideologies, integration of language and content in P-16 classrooms, and teacher education efficacy for instructing English Learners (ELs).

- M.S.Ed. in Education (TESOL Concentration), Temple University
- Ph.D. in Education (Applied Linguistics Concentration), Temple University
Her research has been published in TESOL Quarterly and The International Journal of Multilingualism. Beyond academia, she serves as co-president of Friends of Penn Treaty School (FoPT), coaches her pet bunny in parkour, and enjoys outdoor activities with family.
Dr. Hoffman advises on ESL and Bilingual programs and collaborates on initiatives enhancing teacher preparedness for multilingual classrooms.
