Brooke Flammang

Brooke Flammang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Her research focuses on the functional morphology and biomechanics of aquatic organisms, with an emphasis on fish locomotion, bioinspired robotics, and evolutionary adaptations. She leads federally funded projects including NSF grants on remora adhesion systems, flying fish robotics, and endangered marine organism telemetry.
