Her academic qualifications include a BA Hons from Melbourne University, an MA from Sydney University, and a PhD from the University of Auckland. Her research focuses on philosophy of mind, moral psychology, and ethics, with a particular emphasis on integrating Western and Asian philosophical traditions, especially Buddhism.
Her current research project, Buddhist Meta-Ethics and Moral Psychology (2018–2025), explores the justificatory grounds of moral judgments in Madhyamaka Buddhism.
