Brittany Ange is an Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Georgia, holding dual appointments in the Department of Surgery and the Department of Population Health Science: Biostats & Data Science. Her roles include teaching advanced courses such as MEDI 5088 and MEDI 5099, focusing on research methodologies. She earned an EDD in Educational Leadership (Georgia Southern University, 2017), MS in Biostatistics (Georgia Health Sciences University, 2011), and BS in Mathematics (University of Georgia, 2009).
Dr. Ange’s research spans healthcare disparities, surgical outcomes, and medical education innovation. Notable work includes analyzing geographic health inequities across high-income nations and addressing resident burnout during the pandemic. She has received the 2022 Exemplary Teaching Award from the Medical College of Georgia.
