Brindha Karthikeyan

Brindha Karthikeyan is a Lecturer in Hydrogeology at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, Department of Water Resources and Ecosystems. She has held research and academic positions at institutions including Freie Universität Berlin, National University of Singapore, and Anna University, India.

• Education: Ph.D. (Environmental Geosciences, Anna University, 2012), M.Sc. (Environmental Science, Anna University, 2008), B.Sc. (Plant Biology and Biotechnology, University of Madras, 2006), 2022 Habilitation.

Her research focuses on hydrogeology, groundwater contamination, water resources management, and climate change impacts on water systems. She has contributed to interdisciplinary studies in hydrogeochemistry and sustainable development.

• Dual International Travel Fellowships (2011) sponsored by DST India and INSA-CSIR-DAE
