Brin Hamilton

Brin Hamilton is an Associate Professor at the School of Humanitarian Studies, Royal Roads University, where she has been an associate faculty member since 2016. As a conflict consultant, mediator, and facilitator, she runs Ahimsa Mediation & Consulting in Vancouver, focusing on applied research in conflict management, leadership, and workplace health and safety.

Hamilton holds certifications as a Qualified Arbitrator (2018) and Certified Professional in Human Resources (2010). She currently serves as vice-president and secretary of the ADR Institute of British Columbia (ADRBC) Board of Directors, further demonstrating her leadership in conflict resolution and professional mediation.
