Briana D Davis (she/her) is a Ph.D. student and graduate lecturer in the Department of Communication at George Mason University. She holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Radford University (2017) and an M.A. in Strategic Communication from High Point University (2019).
Her research focuses on intersections of race, gender, and class in urban instructional environments, with a goal to develop policies benefiting urban education and teacher pedagogy. Methodological expertise includes quantitative, qualitative, and critical approaches.
Courses taught include COMM 101: Fundamentals in Communication Education. Office hours are Tuesdays 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and Wednesdays 12:30–1:30 PM via Zoom or by appointment.
