Brian von Konsky

Brian von Konsky is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Information Systems at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. He holds a Ph.D. from Curtin University and is a Certified Professional and Fellow of the Australian Computer Society (ACS). His roles include serving on the ACS WA Branch Executive Committee and the National Fellows Committee, as well as previously chairing the ACS Accreditation Committee.

His research focuses on ICT education, particularly professional skills development (leadership, teamwork, project management) and mobile technologies for eLearning. He has industry experience at Hewlett-Packard and has led academic initiatives like the iPortfolio system, enhancing student engagement and curriculum design.

Key contributions include work on Bloom's Taxonomy classification, ICT curriculum frameworks, and collaborative learning methodologies. Awards include ACS Fellow status and Certified Professional recognition.
