He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut (2007) and an M.P.A. from the University of South Dakota. Publications span journals like Ethnopolitics, Journal of Peace Research, and International Negotiation, reflecting his expertise in conflict dynamics, negotiation theory, and methodological innovation.
