Brian Mann is Professor in the Thomas Lord Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. His research focuses on nonlinear dynamics and vibration using analytical, numerical, and experimental techniques.
Research Interests: Fundamental investigations of dynamical systems with applications in robotics, energy harvesting, electromechanical devices, and medical instrumentation. Recent work includes surgical robotics, vibration control, and biomechanical modeling.
