Brian Lassen

Dr. Brian Lassen is a Researcher at the Research Group for Foodborne Pathogens and Epidemiology within the National Food Institute at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His work focuses on foodborne pathogens in poultry production, particularly Campylobacter, and he actively contributes to international research initiatives addressing farm-to-fork food safety challenges.
