Brian Gallini is Dean and Professor of Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he has served since July 2024. Prior to Quinnipiac, he held similar roles at Willamette University College of Law and the University of Arkansas School of Law. His research focuses on criminal law, criminal procedure, and legal education, particularly law enforcement discretion in interrogation methods, consent searches, and profiling.

Research interests include criminal justice reform, legal pedagogy, and constitutional law. His scholarship has been published in top-tier journals like the Washington Law Review and George Mason Law Review, frequently cited by courts and media.

Gallini has served on ABA site-inspection teams and contributed to attorney licensure reforms, including Oregon’s historic 2023 alternative bar exam pathway.
