Brian Carroll is an Adjunct Professor of Construction Law at Baylor Law School, Baylor University. He combines professional legal practice with academia, serving as managing partner at Sanderford & Carroll, P.C. where he represents construction industry clients. His academic work focuses on construction law, contract negotiation, and engineering ethics.
His professional expertise includes TxDOT project litigation, construction defects, payment disputes, and surety law. He previously taught courses in contracts, liability, and engineering ethics at the University of Texas Cockrell School of Engineering.
He holds board certification in construction law and serves as a certified mediator for civil disputes. His recent service includes participation as a public member of the Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee through 2024.
