Dr. Brent Dunworth is an Associate Professor and founding Academic Program Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. He holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh (DNP, MSN, BSN) and Waynesburg University (MBA). His expertise spans nurse anesthesia, healthcare leadership, and neuromuscular blockade research.
Research focuses on neuromuscular monitoring, anesthesia staffing models, and quality improvement. He has published widely in anesthesiology journals and contributed a chapter to *Healing Healthcare: Evidence-Based Strategies to Mend Our Broken System* (2024).
