Brendan Saloner, PhD, is a Bloomberg Professor of American Health at Johns Hopkins University, affiliated with the Bloomberg School of Public Health's Department of Health Policy and Management, the Berman Institute of Bioethics, and the Department of Mental Health. His research focuses on health equity, U.S. healthcare reform, and substance use disorder treatment. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a PhD in Health Policy from Harvard University, with a concentration in ethics.
