Brendan Kelly is a Professor at SUNY Morrisville within the School of Agriculture, Business & Technology. He teaches forestry-related courses such as Introduction to Forestry and Natural Resources, Forest Ecology, and Practices of Silviculture, and integrates riparian and wetland topics into his curriculum. As coordinator of forest management operations across the college's 800+ acres of natural resource areas, he provides hands-on training in Natural Resources Equipment Operations alongside Mr. Seth Carsten.

Prof. Kelly's research interests emphasize applied natural resources management, environmental education, and community engagement in conservation. His work focuses on habitat management, invasive species removal, bathymetric surveys, and fostering partnerships with agencies like the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, and Clinton Tractor and Implement Company to provide students with real-world experiences.
