Brendan Carr is a Professor & Vice-Chair in the Department of Emergency Medicine and Associate Dean at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He also serves as Director of the Emergency Care Coordination Center (ECCC) within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
