Branimir Dukić

Branimir Dukić is a Full Professor at the Department of Quantitative Sciences and Informatics, Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. He has been continuously employed at the faculty since 1998, achieving full professorship in 2016. His career includes early roles in tourism administration (Brodokomerc Hotels Pag) and extensive work as a court expert in finance, accounting, and IT. With over 90 scientific publications and development of 30+ software applications, his work bridges academic research and business practice.

His research focuses on applying information and communication technology to business optimization, with key interests in:

• e-Marketing strategies in tourism and bakery industries
• Knowledge management for organizational efficiency
• Educational technology and digital transformation in higher education
• Industry 4.0 applications in customer relationship management
