Brandy Stamper

Dr. Brandy Stamper is an Associate Teaching Professor and Director of the Professional Studies Program in Communication Studies at UNC Charlotte since 2015. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (2020) and has extensive teaching experience across multiple institutions including South Piedmont Community College and Ashford University. Her career includes roles as a research associate and academic advisor. Stamper's research focuses on transfer student success, online learning efficacy, and communication methodologies. She has contributed to Quality Matters course certification initiatives and authored/co-authored peer-reviewed publications on education technology. Notable recognitions include the Chancellor’s Recognition Award and Lions Club community service honors. Her professional service spans curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and leadership in academic committees.
