Brandon L. Garrett is the David W. Ichel Distinguished Professor of Law at Duke University School of Law and serves as the director of the Wilson Center for Science and Justice. He holds additional appointments as Professor in the Sanford School of Public Policy and as a Faculty Network Member of the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences. Garrett is a leading scholar in criminal justice reform, evidence law, constitutional rights, and wrongful convictions.
