Brandon H. Bodily

Brandon H. Bodily is an Assistant Professor at the Integrated Innovation Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. With over 20 years of aerospace industry experience, he specializes in aerospace engineering, manufacturing methods, and project management, leveraging his background in research, design, and customer-facing roles to develop innovative solutions that meet technical and business needs.

Education:

• Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Purdue University
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Utah State University

Industry Experience: Prior to his academic career, Brandon worked at Aerotech, a leader in precision motion controls, where he focused on custom large-scale motion control systems. He has been granted three patents in additive manufacturing and the Ampliforge® process.

Teaching & Contributions: He teaches courses such as "Designing for the Internet of Things," "People First: A Critical Look at Collaboration," and "Integrated Product Development Capstone," emphasizing innovation, product conceptualization, and manufacturing futures.
