معرفی
Bradley Markle is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Arctic and Alpine Research (INSTAAR) and the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder. His work focuses on paleoclimate reconstruction, climate dynamics, and isotope biogeochemistry, particularly in high-latitude regions.
Education:
- PhD, The University of Washington, Seattle (2017)
Markle's research involves analyzing geochemical proxy records from ice cores and using climate models to understand past and present climate systems. He is deeply involved in the Juneau Icefield Research Program, an undergraduate field school on glaciology and climate science. His recent publications highlight investigations into Greenland and Antarctic ice core isotopes, Southern Ocean productivity, and glacier dynamics under climate change.
Labs and Teams:
- Stable Isotope Lab
