Bradford Mank is a Professor and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Law, specializing in environmental law and administrative law. He has contributed extensively to scholarship on environmental justice, regulatory reform, standing, and statutory interpretation.
- Education: A.B. (summa cum laude) from Harvard University, J.D. from Yale University
His research focuses on environmental law, administrative law, and their intersections with policy implementation, including work with the City of Cincinnati on climate change, recycling, and air pollution.
- Scientific awards: James B. Helmer, Jr. Professor of Law (2001), Harold C. Schott Award (2004), Goldman Prize for Teaching Excellence (2001), Dean’s Award for Faculty Excellence (2016)
Prior to joining the College of Law faculty in 1991, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for Connecticut and practiced environmental law at Murtha, Cullina, Righter and Pinney in Hartford. He clerked for Justice David M. Shea of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
