Brad Dexter

Dr. Brad Dexter is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy Education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's College of Allied Health Professions. He specializes in neurological rehabilitation, leveraging technology for telehealth solutions and habit-formation strategies for neuromuscular injuries. With 13 years of clinical experience at Quality Living, Inc., he mentors students and develops educational content for telerehabilitation platforms.

His education includes a DPT from UNMC (2011) and a BS in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2008). He holds APTA Level 1 Clinical Instructor credentials and collaborates with Creighton University.

Research focuses on novel rehabilitation technologies, neuro telehealth efficacy, and health behavior modification. His 2022 article examines team-based telerehabilitation for stroke recovery, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration.
