Boyan Gao is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford's Institute of Biomedical Engineering, part of the Engineering Science faculty. His research focuses on meta-learning, deep optimisation, and Bayesian deep learning, with applications in clinical machine learning. He is affiliated with the Computational Health Informatics (CHI) Lab under Prof. David Clifton, exploring optimiser and loss function learning for novel tasks.
