Borisenko Alexander Nikolaevich

Borisenko Alexander Nikolaevich serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electric Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Transport at Khakass Technical Institute, a branch of Siberian Federal University.
