Bojlul Bahar

Dr. Bojlul Bahar is a Senior Lecturer in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire, affiliated with the School of Health, Social Work and Sport and the Sport, Nutrition and Clinical Sciences team. He holds a PhD in Nutrition & Food Science and specializes in molecular nutrition, focusing on inflammation and metabolic syndrome, including obesity and type-2 diabetes. His research explores gene regulation by dietary bioactives and signaling pathways in health and disease.
