Bogdan Włodarczyk serves as Associate Professor and Director of the Institute of Urban Geography, Tourism Studies and Geoinformation at the University of Lodz's Faculty of Geographical Sciences. He also holds the position of Head of the University of Lodz Committee for Academic Degrees in Geography and Spatial Planning.
His research focuses on tourism geography, urban geography, and spatial management, with particular expertise in active tourism, cultural routes, and regional development in Poland, especially the Łódź region.
