Bobby Bhattacharjee is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, holding an affiliate appointment in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999. His research focuses on Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Systems, Networking, and distributed systems, with particular expertise in wide-area networking, network protocol design, and algorithms.
