Bo Pagliasotti is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He also serves as Chair of the department and previously held a part-time role as an adjunct professor in the Sports Management Program. Pagliasotti founded the SWOSU Women’s Volleyball Program as its Head Coach (2005–2011) and later transitioned to a full-time academic role. He has been instrumental in developing Sports Management curricula, introducing a minor in 2012, and overseeing the transfer of both the Master’s and Minor programs from the Parks and Recreation Department to Kinesiology. Additionally, he volunteers as an advisor to the Student Athletes Advisory Committee and assists as an assistant coach for the Women’s Volleyball team.
