Dr. Bo Han serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing and Business Analytics within the College of Business at East Texas A&M University, a position he has held since 2013. With over seven years of experience, he is dedicated to preparing students for careers in data analytics and information technology through innovative teaching and community engagement in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Dr. Han's academic journey includes:
- Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of North Texas
- MBA in Information Systems from Wayne State University
- BBA in Business Administration from Shandong Normal University
His research centers on Business Analytics, exploring applications in social media and cybersecurity. He investigates how analytical models can predict consumer behavior and optimize business operations, driven by a belief that data analytics unlocks new opportunities for companies. Dr. Han emphasizes practical, career-ready skills in his teaching philosophy.
