Bo Feng is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Communication at the University of California, Davis. He holds affiliations with the East Asian Studies Program, the Center for Healthcare Policy and Research, and the Center for Design in the Public Interest. His research focuses on supportive communication across cultural, technological, and professional contexts, emphasizing the effectiveness of advice and empathy in interpersonal interactions.
