Blessy Joseph

Blessy Joseph is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Kerala, India, and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) from Mahatma Gandhi University, India. During her doctoral studies, she gained international experience as a visiting researcher at the University of South Bretagne and the University of Lorraine in France.

Her research focuses span Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, and Nanoscience, with a particular emphasis on Molecular Medicine and Nanotechnology. At UAB, she has been recognized for her dedication, receiving the Hardest-working Postdoc Award.
