Dr. Blaire Morgan is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Worcester's School of Health and Wellbeing, Department of Psychology and Mental Health. She teaches undergraduate modules, supervises students at all levels, and led undergraduate Psychology courses. Her research focuses on wellbeing and mental health in applied settings, with publications in Psychology, Philosophy, and Education.

Recent Publications (2021-2025) include books and articles on gratitude's shadow sides, positive education frameworks, and wellbeing interventions during the pandemic. These studies intersect with topics like trauma advocacy, resilience in emergency workers, and cross-cultural gratitude analysis.
Additional Roles include leading the Wellbeing for Life research theme and serving as Deputy Chair of Ethics for the Health and Sciences Ethics Panel. She has contributed to e-learning resources and public engagement initiatives like the 'Wellbeing at Work' talk.
