Bisi Atoba

Bisi Atoba is an Instructional Associate Professor and Director of the MS PSYC (Concentration in I-O) Program at Texas A&M University. She specializes in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, focusing on employee well-being, work teams, leadership, and training. Her research addresses organizational challenges through evidence-based strategies.
