Birgit Sperlich is a Researcher at the Institute of Sports Science, University of Würzburg, within the Faculty of Human Sciences. Her work focuses on physical behavior, health, and environmental factors, with an emphasis on identifying social-ecological determinants and designing interventions to reduce sedentary time. She serves as the Erasmus Coordinator and Diversity Officer for the institute.
