Birger Hansen

Birger Hansen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Geography and Geology, University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on physical geography, climatology, and Arctic ecosystems, with extensive fieldwork in Greenland, Svalbard, and Northern Scandinavia. He holds a Ph.D. in physical geography from the University of Copenhagen.
