Dr. Bin Shao serves as Professor of Decision Management and Terry Professor of Business at West Texas A&M University within the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business and Department of Computer Information and Decision Management. She has been a faculty member since 2007, progressing through academic ranks while maintaining continuous teaching and research engagement.
