Professor Bin Gu is a leading academic at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, serving as Professor and Department Chair of Information Systems. With over 16,000 citations, his research focuses on leveraging information technologies and artificial intelligence to mitigate information asymmetry and social inequity across fintech, digital platforms, the future of work, social media, and online retailing. His work has appeared in top-tier journals including Management Science, MIS Quarterly, and Information Systems Research.
