Bill Gribbons is a Professor of Experience Design at Bentley University. He holds roles as an Advisor for the Massachusetts Trial Courts and serves on the Advisory Board of Diversity Dashboard, a tech start-up. Additionally, he is a Professor at TIAS Business School and Chair of the Auburn First Day Program and Winter Coat Drive. His research focuses on human factors, localization, behavioral design, design ethics, and UX strategy, aiming to build applied theoretical models for experience design.
He founded the User Experience Center and User Experience Studio, which assist global clients in enhancing product competitiveness through user experience strategies. Gribbons earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland-College Park and maintains memberships in organizations like the Society for Technical Communication, ACM SIGCHI, and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
His teaching and consulting interests include product usability, global technology design for diverse populations, and innovation strategy. He previously served as President of the Boston Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication and holds an Associate Fellowship in that organization.
