Bilal Eftal ACET is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Adıyaman University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from İnönü University (2014) and has been affiliated with Adıyaman University since 2009, progressing from Research Assistant to Assistant Professor (2014) and then Associate Professor (2019). His research focuses on differential geometry, particularly submanifold theory in Sasakian, para-Sasakian, and semi-Riemannian manifolds, with an emphasis on curvature conditions, Ricci solitons, and lightlike geometry.
Education: B.Sc. (2007, İnönü University), M.Sc. (2010, Dumlupınar University), Ph.D. (2014, İnönü University).
Research interests include geometric structures such as metallic and golden structures, biharmonic curves, and geometric analysis of submanifolds in various manifolds. Recent work explores quasi-bi-slant submanifolds, conformal Ricci solitons, and lightlike hypersurfaces in semi-Riemannian settings. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles and actively contributes to conferences and editorial roles in geometry journals.
Teaching includes advanced differential geometry, analytical geometry, and specialized courses in geometry and topology. He has held administrative roles, including Vice President of the Department (2019–2023).
