Betty J Aidoo-Anderson

Betty J Aidoo-Anderson is a Programme Support Tutor and doctoral researcher at the Business School, Manchester Metropolitan University. Her roles involve supporting learning, teaching business management and HR modules, and supervising student dissertations. She holds degrees in HRM and Business Management from the University of Salford, Heriot-Watt University, and the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Her research focuses on career development, entrepreneurship, academics’ progression, organisational support systems, and HR practices. She is passionate about student success and improving educational support structures.

Her professional experience includes contributions to student professional development and study skills initiatives. She currently works within the Operations, Technology, Events and Hospitality Management department, integrating academic and practical insights into her teaching and research activities.
